At Special Needs Lawyers, P.A., we prioritize the health of our clients, community, and staff during this Covid-19/Coronavirus outbreak. We are taking the following steps to continue to be available to our current and new clients:
1. We are open for business and available by telephone and via video conferencing using Zoom, if you have a smart phone or table/computer with a camera. We would be more than happy to help you get this app installed and set up on your device as quickly and easily as possible before your scheduled appointment time. *Please note this is a simple process and we will make sure we make it as easy as possible.
2. Please do not be offended that we are refraining from shaking hands with clients and will try to keep at least 6 feet apart from others. Other ways we are greeting clients are by fist bumps, elbow bumps, and waving. This is so new to us since we are all used to shaking hands!
3. We are sterilizing all conference rooms and surfaces after seeing each client and completing a final sterilization at the end of the day. We are also asking clients to freely use our hand sanitizer.
4. In an effort to protect or clients and our staff, please do not come in if you have a fever or flu like symptoms.
We will continue to monitor state and federal health agency instructions in this critical situation. Please notify us if you have any concerns about our policies and practices.
